AutoDraw is a small, free experiment from Google’s Creative Lab: sketch something roughly, and it suggests a set of clean, professionally drawn icons that match what you were trying to draw. Pick one and you have a usable icon in seconds, no drawing skill required.

There is no account, no payment, and no tier structure of any kind. This is entirely free, and given it dates back to Google’s early public AI experiments rather than being a commercial product, that is unlikely to change.

Do not expect much beyond the core idea. This is not a design tool with layers, precise editing or export formats suited to professional work. It suits exactly one job well: turning a bad doodle into a recognisable icon quickly, for something like a quick diagram, a casual social post or a placeholder graphic. For anything beyond that, a proper design or icon tool will serve you better.
